Свинската филе сос е по-сочна от повечето други разфасовки от свинско месо и бързо готвене и постно. Браунирането на месото в масло и мед преди печене му придава сладост.

The pork fillet sauce is juicier than most other pork cuts and is quick to cook and lean. Browning the meat in oil and honey before baking gives it sweetness. Source: Daily Food, January / February 2003. 30 min 20 min 4 Total time Prep Doses Ingredients 4 tablespoons butter 2 tablespoons honey 1 1/2 kilograms pork fillet, cut from silver skin Coarse salt and ground pepper 1/4 cup water instructions 1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees. In a Dutch oven or large skillet, heat the butter and honey over medium heat, stirring to melt the butter. Sprinkle the pork with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and place in the skillet. Cook until the bottom is lightly browned, about 5 minutes. Turn the pork and cook until the other side is browned, another 5 minutes or so. Reduce the heat if the honey starts to burn. 2. Place the skillet in the oven and bake until the pork is cooked through, about 7 to 10 minutes. Transfer the pork to a plate. 3. Add water to the skillet and stir over medium heat to scrape up any browned bits. Add any accumulated pork juices from the plate and let simmer until the sauce reduces to about 1/2 cup. Slice the pork diagonally and serve with the sauce.
