Ingredients: 2 slices of beef steak grilled with a thickness of 1.5 cm (or 4 slices with a diameter of 1 cm), 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper. Directions: 1. Dry the meat with paper towels. Rub the meat all over with oil, salt, and pepper. 2. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat until a drop of water falls when the skillet is hit. 3. Cook the meat slices in a hot skillet for 5 minutes. Cook until medium rare, more than 5 minutes. Cook the steak strips in two batches.
