This recipe for a rustic Italian classic includes pork in our version. If you want to skip the pork, just use an extra pound of beef. The sauce is made with onions, carrots, garlic, tomato paste, salt, pepper, white wine, crushed tomatoes, and milk. Serve it over spaghetti with grated Parmesan cheese. Reserve half of the sauce to make Bolognese Pie the next day. This recipe takes about 1 hour and 45 minutes to make and serves 4.
