The recipe includes soy sauce, lime juice, nam pla (Thai fish sauce), garlic, red Thai chilies, sugar, chicken wings, mango, salt, cornstarch, rice flour, fresh mint leaves, and hot and sour sauce. The chicken is marinated in the soy sauce mixture, coated in a mixture of cornstarch and rice flour, and fried until crispy. It is then tossed in the hot and sour sauce and served with salted mango and mint leaves. Yum!
