This recipe is perfect for making our Gingercake House. It yields enough for a Gingercake House and a landscape. The ingredients include all-purpose flour, baking powder, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, salt, unsalted butter, dark brown sugar, egg, molasses, and royal icing. The directions are to mix the dry ingredients, cream the butter and sugar, add the egg and molasses, mix in the dry ingredients, divide the dough, chill, roll out, cut out the pieces, bake, cool, and decorate with royal icing.
