Denne rustikke kage er infunderet med smag af honning, citron og et antydning af jorden kardemomme, som en smagfuld kop te. Fire lag kage – lavet øm og fugtig med olie (i stedet for smør), mælk, honning og brunt sukker – børstes med mere honning og spredes derefter med en satin-glat fyldning, der er et kryds mellem citron ostemasse og fløde -cheese frosting (til det bedste af begge). Vi toppede vores med et stykke honningkage, men en dråbe honning er lige så buzzworthy.
