The recipe includes blanched almonds, garlic, parsley, basil, olive oil, red pepper, salt, pepper, and white wine or white balsamic vinegar. The instructions are to finely chop the almonds, garlic, and herbs, mix with oil and red pepper, season with salt and pepper, and stir in vinegar before serving. The chefs notes suggest adding other soft green herbs like tarragon, cilantro, or mint, and substituting other nuts for the almonds. Using a food processor will result in a thicker texture.
