Květák z kukuřice
Tato klasika je ideální pro podávání díkůvzdání, ale je snadná pro každou noc. To jde dobře s vepřové kotlety, maso a jehněčí.

“This classic dish is ideal for giving thanks, but its easy for any night. It goes well with pork chops, meat, and lamb. Source: Everyday Nutrition, November 2010. Ingredients: 1 large cauliflower head, grated and cut into florets, 1 cup heavy cream, 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour, 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, coarse salt and ground pepper, 1/2 cup fresh grated pasta, 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, cut into small pieces. Instructions: 1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a large bowl, combine cauliflower, heavy cream, flour, and 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a 2-liter baking dish, tightly cover with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. In a small bowl, combine 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs. Sprinkle over the cauliflower. Dot with butter and bake, uncovered, until the top is golden brown and the cauliflower is tender when pierced with a knife, 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.”
