The ingredients for the cake include all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, nutmeg, canned pumpkin puree, sugar, eggs, vegetable oil, and chocolate chips. For the cream fraiche glaze, you will need cream fraiche and confectioners sugar. To make the cake, preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a bundt pan with cooking spray. Mix the dry ingredients in a separate bowl and then mix the pumpkin, sugar, and eggs in an electric mixer. Slowly add the oil and then mix in the dry ingredients and chocolate chips. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 70-80 minutes. Let the cake cool for 20 minutes before flipping it onto a serving plate.
