Denne klassiske franske skål er langsomt sammensat af oksekød gennemsyret af Burgundvin, der er forførende og – da det er en simpel gryde i hjertet – tilbagelænet.
This classic French dish is slowly assembled with beef infused with Burgundy wine, which is seductive and – as it is a simple stew at heart – laid-back. The recipe includes ingredients such as onions, carrots, garlic, parsley, thyme, rosemary, bay leaves, black peppercorns, olive oil, pork, beef chuck, salt, pepper, flour, homemade or low-sodium canned beef stock, red wine, tomato paste, frozen pearl onions, water, unsalted butter, sugar, and large white mushrooms. The dish is cooked in an oven for about 2 1/2 hours until the beef is very tender. The dish is then garnished with chopped parsley and served immediately.
