    This peach tart with nut crust is simple and effortless: a buttery, toasted crust made with nuts that surrounds a juicy peach filling held together by a simple glaze. Its the perfect way to end a summer meal. If you decide to top it with a dollop of whipped cream or a variation like cashew cream, cinnamon, or vanilla bean cream, then youll have a real treat. Make this tart in the summer only when peaches are perfectly juicy, ripe, and at their best. If you dont have peaches, consider substituting ripe nectarines or sliced ripe pears. Either way, as long as the fruit is good eaten fresh, then you cant go wrong. NOTE: Store and enjoy the tart immediately!
