This recipe sounds delicious! The trick to cooking delicious squid is to make sure they spend little time in the pan – frying is the best way to keep the squid spicy and tender. I love the addition of the gremolata and aioli for extra flavor. I cant wait to try this recipe from Tom Douglas!
