This vegetarian frittata in American style uses cheddar instead of parmesan and is spiced with a sharp mustard and pepper sauce. Source: Everyday Food, November 2007. This recipe looks delicious and easy to make. I appreciate the use of white mushrooms and red potatoes, as they add a nice texture and flavor to the dish. The addition of Dijon mustard and hot pepper sauce also adds a nice kick to the frittata. I will definitely try this recipe out and see how it turns out!
