Ingredients: 1/2 cup fresh orange juice, 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard, 2 tablespoons olive oil, coarse salt and ground pepper. Instructions: 1. In a small saucepan over high heat, boil 1/2 cup fresh orange juice and 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice until reduced to 1/2 cup, 8 to 12 minutes. 2. Remove from heat; whisk in 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard, and 2 tablespoons olive oil. Season with coarse salt and ground pepper.
