This text is in Bulgarian and talks about adapted recipes from “Jeremiah Towers Kitchen: 250 Recipes from an American Master” by Jeremiah Tower. The copyright is from 2002 by Jeremiah Tower and the pictures are copyrighted by Donald Sultan. It was reprinted with permission from Stewart, Tabori & Chang. The source is Martha Stewart Living, March 2003. The recipe is for roasted vegetables with herbs and olive oil, and serves 8. The instructions are to preheat the oven to 350 degrees, sprinkle a baking sheet with salt, layer the vegetables on top, cover with foil, and bake for 1 hour. Then, remove the foil, let the vegetables cool, and cut them into bite-sized pieces. Transfer them to a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, and top with herbs. Finally, reheat the oven to 400 degrees, place the vegetables in a baking dish, and bake for 10-15 minutes before serving.
