These healthy tacos are easy to prepare and are filled with flavorless cilantro. Source: Everyday Food, May 2010. Corn tortillas are excellent for those who cannot eat gluten – a protein found in wheat, rye, and barley. The recipe calls for boneless, skinless tilapia fillets, cut into 2-inch pieces and seasoned with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Broil the fish until browned and opaque, about 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix together sour cream, lime juice, lime zest, and hot sauce in a small bowl. Toast the tortillas on a stovetop or in the oven, then fill them with the fish, red cabbage, cilantro, and onion. Serve with lime cream and lime wedges.
