This recipe for a cool gazpacho combines salty and sweet flavors for a seasonal treat. The recipe comes from chef David Kinch from Manresa. The garnish includes finely chopped strawberries, chives, red bell pepper, peeled and seeded English cucumber, and almond oil, topped with lightly roasted Marcona almonds and fresh chervil.
