This recipe sounds delicious! The use of russet potatoes gives the dish a fluffy texture, and the combination of garlic, sage, and parsley adds a lot of flavor. I appreciate the use of plain, low-fat yogurt instead of heavy cream to keep the dish healthier. I cant wait to try it out!
