This recipe sounds delicious! I love using leftover salmon in pasta dishes, and the addition of red pepper flakes and oregano sounds like it would give it a nice kick of flavor. I also appreciate the tip about using reserved pasta water to keep the sauce from getting too dry. I will definitely be trying this recipe out soon!
