This Mediterranean dish is perfect for warm summer nights. The recipe includes fresh tuna steaks, olive oil, salt, pepper, capers, red and/or yellow peppers, and arugula. The tuna is marinated in olive oil, salt, and pepper before being cooked in a hot pan for about 5 minutes on each side. The caper butter is made by combining butter, capers, and peppers and chilling it until firm. The tuna is then served on a bed of arugula with a slice of caper butter on top.
