This recipe sounds delicious! The leftover beef sauce can be served as a starter with pasta and as a main course with vegetables. The combination of olive oil, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, and thyme sounds like a perfect filling for the beef rolls. The cooking process seems a bit time-consuming, but the end result is definitely worth it. I will definitely try this recipe from Lucinda Scala Quinns book “Lucindas Rustic Italian Kitchen”.
