The ingredients include natural soy or regular yogurt, fresh chopped dill, lemon zest, extra virgin olive oil, butter, 4 4-ounce salmon fillets, canola oil, finely chopped garlic, 2 cups of mixed fresh or thawed frozen vegetables, salt, and pepper. To prepare, combine yogurt, dill, lemon zest, and olive oil in a medium bowl. Melt butter in a large skillet and brown salmon fillets over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes on each side. Place the fish on a hot plate. Heat canola oil and sauté garlic until fragrant. Add vegetables and sauté until heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste. To serve, place vegetables around the fish fillets and pour yogurt sauce over the fish. Serve hot.
