Fudgy Pastel De Chocolate De Remolacha
No probará las remolachas en puré, pero hacen que este pastel sea extra-húmedo y dulce, incluso con la adición de harina de espelta integral. También juegan con el sabor de la torta, no muy dulce. Esta receta aparece en nuestro libro de cocina, “Una nueva forma de hornear” (Clarkson Potter).

This recipe for beetroot cake with spelt flour and chocolate ganache frosting sounds delicious! Although I havent tried beetroot puree before, Im intrigued by how it can make the cake extra moist and sweet without being too overpowering. I appreciate that the recipe uses natural cane sugar and unbleached flour, and Im excited to try baking with spelt flour for the first time. The chocolate ganache frosting also sounds heavenly, and I cant wait to try it on top of the cake. Thank you for sharing this recipe from Martha Stewart Livings “A New Way to Bake” cookbook!
