Bistamic Bistamic Simple Skirt Steak

Bistec de falda marinado en balsámico.
vinagre con romero, ajo,

Raciones

Los ingredientes

1/2 taza de vinagre balsámico
1/4 taza de aceite de oliva
3 ramitas de romero
3 dientes de ajo, en rodajas finas
1 1/2 libras de filete de falda
Sal gruesa y pimienta recién molida

Direcciones

Combine vinagre balsámico, aceite de oliva, romero y ajo en un recipiente de vidrio o plástico, y revuelva para combinar. Añadir el filete de falda, y cubrir bien con la marinada. Cubra y refrigere por al menos 30 minutos, y hasta 2 horas.

Precaliente la parrilla o la parrilla. Retire el bistec de la marinada y transfiéralo a una bandeja para hornear con borde. Sazone la carne generosamente con sal y pimienta por ambos lados.
