These rich and creamy individual cottage cheese cakes have a beautiful crown of full, juicy Bing cherries. The recipe is from Martha Bakes, February 2011. For the crust, graham crackers, melted butter, sugar, and coarse salt are combined and evenly distributed among the pans. The filling is made with cream cheese, sugar, flour, sour cream, vanilla extract, and eggs. The cherry topping is made with Bing cherries, sugar, lemon juice, and gelatin. The cakes are baked in a water bath until set and then chilled until firm. This recipe sounds delicious and I cant wait to try it!
