Ingredients: Topping: – 1/3 cup whole wheat flour – 1/3 cup old-fashioned rolled oats – 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut – 1/4 cup packed brown sugar – 1/4 teaspoon coarse salt – 1/4 cup extra-virgin coconut oil
Filling: – 8 ounces strawberries, hulled and sliced into 1/2-inch pieces (1 1/2 cups) – 8 ounces black cherries, halved and pitted (1 1/2 cups) – 2 tablespoons brown sugar
Instructions: 1. Topping: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all topping ingredients in a medium bowl; toss until the oil is evenly distributed and clumps form. 2. Filling: Combine all filling ingredients in another bowl. 3. Transfer filling to a 9-inch pie dish. Sprinkle topping evenly over filling. Bake until bubbling in the center and topping is golden, 35 to 40 minutes. Let cool slightly before serving.
