These delicious rolls – filled with blueberries and crispy, sugary fruits – are perfect for breakfast or with coffee at any time of the day. The recipe makes 6 large or 12 small rolls. To make them, you will need butter, flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, milk, and blueberries. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease the muffin tins. In a large bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In the bowl of an electric mixer, cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs, yolks, and vanilla and mix well. Add the flour mixture and milk alternately, starting and ending with the flour. Fold in the blueberries. Divide the batter among the muffin cups and sprinkle generously with sugar. Bake until golden brown, about 45 minutes for large rolls and 30 minutes for small rolls. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
