The recipe includes Gruyere cheese, Emmental cheese, flour, cayenne pepper, ground white pepper, medium-bodied white wine, kirsch, fresh lemon juice, bread cubes, and assorted vegetables. The cheeses are mixed with flour and peppers, then heated with wine and kirsch until melted and smooth. The mixture is then served immediately with bread and vegetables. This recipe can also be served with whole fruits arranged around the dish for a beautiful presentation. Make sure to provide knives for cutting the fruit.
