This recipe contains four fruits with the highest vitamin C content. It can be frozen in an ice cube tray for up to four weeks. Ingredients: 12 oz fresh strawberries, hulled; 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed orange juice; 1 cup blueberries; 1 ripe banana; 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice. Directions: 1. Combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. 2. If desired, strain out any blueberry skins. Chill juice for up to 2 days before serving; stir well before pouring. Enjoy!
