This recipe for spicy curry from “At Home with Madhur Jaffrey” is a great way to treat your family to some classic Indian cuisine. Pair it with tomato pulao to complete the meal. The ingredients include olive or canola oil, brown mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, whole black peppercorns, fresh curry or basil leaves, chicken thighs, minced garlic, apple juice or white vinegar, coarse salt, ground cumin, ground coriander, cayenne pepper, and red bell pepper.
