To make it, youll need unsalted butter or vegetable oil for greasing the baking dish, 6 ounces of short pasta like fusilli or macaroni, 2 cups of Beechers flagship cheese sauce, 1 ounce of grated cheddar cheese (1/4 cup), 1 ounce of grated gruyere cheese (1/4 cup), and 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon of chipotle chili powder.
