This recipe for fregula with asparagus and gorgonzola was provided by chef Eficio Farris and can be found in his cookbook “Sweet Myrtle and Bitter Honey”. Special thanks to Laurie Smith for providing this lovely photo. Recipe source: Martha Stewart Show, Winter 2008. The recipe serves 4 and calls for ingredients such as olive oil, asparagus, chicken broth, fregula, white wine, gorgonzola, sea salt, and black pepper. The instructions are provided in Chinese and involve sautéing the asparagus with onions, boiling the chicken broth, adding the asparagus to the broth, and stirring in the gorgonzola and olive oil.
