This is a simple addition to the Thanksgiving menu because it doesnt require any cooking. The recipe calls for fresh or thawed cranberries, red onion, jalapeno pepper, lemon juice, blood or navel oranges, ginger, sugar, celery, mint leaves, and toasted walnuts. The cranberries are pulsed in a food processor and then mixed with the other ingredients before being chilled for at least an hour.
