This seasoning is used for the red tone of Emeril with Grilled Pineapple Salsa, traditional Turkish meatballs, Chicken Cordon Bleu, Southern-style skillet sauce, Christmas caviar corn cakes, and fried Creole chicken. Source: “Martha Stewart” exhibition, November 2009. Makes 2/3 cup. Ingredients: 2 1/2 tablespoons red pepper, 2 tablespoons salt, 2 tablespoons garlic powder, 1 tablespoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon onion powder, 1 tablespoon hot red pepper, 1 tablespoon dried thyme, 1 tablespoon dried marjoram. Instructions: 1. Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 months.
