This delicious recipe for chicken and potatoes is from chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and goes wonderfully with Creamed Spinach and Basil. Source: Martha Stewart Show, March 2008. The ingredients include unsalted butter, beef, Yukon gold potatoes, chicken, coarse salt, freshly ground black pepper, chicken liver, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, garlic, and fleur de sel.
