The chicken is coated in a mixture of flour, salt, and pepper before being browned in a large skillet with olive oil. The linguine is cooked until al dente and then mixed with spinach and butter. The white wine sauce is made in the same skillet as the chicken, reducing the liquid and adding butter and capers. The chicken is then served on top of the linguine with the white wine sauce.
