For at gøre det er skiver af buttery brioche arrangeret i en gratinskål, gennemblødt med chokoladefilet og bagt i ovnen, indtil brød og chokolade er indstillet. Du kunne bruge enhver form for hvidt brød til denne budding, men brioche’s lyse, luftige tekstur absorberer vaniljen særligt godt.
