This recipe is adapted from Madhur Jaffreys “From Curry to Kebabs”. The ingredients include 1 1/4 cups of plain yogurt, preferably full-fat milk, 1/4 teaspoon of coarse salt, fresh pepper, 1/8 teaspoon of chili powder or paprika, and 1/2 small crisp apple, peeled and diced. To prepare, put the yogurt in a small bowl and whisk gently until smooth and creamy. Add salt, pepper, chili powder, and apple juice.
