Lag af is er støbt i en skål for at gøre denne imponerende iskage. En pistacie “skind” er foret med vanilje og fyldt med vandmelonsorbet. Frøene er en forbedring af naturen: De er bits af chokoladeplader. Et svampekage lag giver en anden tekstur og smag.

This recipe for a pistachio and watermelon sorbet cake sounds absolutely delicious! I love the idea of using pistachios to create a “skin” for the cake and the addition of chocolate wafer pieces in the sorbet layer is a nice touch. The instructions seem clear and easy to follow, although I may need to practice my cake trimming skills to get it just right. Overall, I cant wait to try making this impressive dessert for my next special occasion.
