This recipe for cranberry-pistachio biscotti is adapted from “Martha Stewarts Baking Handbook.” It yields about 4 dozen and requires dried cranberries, all-purpose flour, baking powder, salt, unsalted butter, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, and chopped unsalted pistachios. The dough is formed into logs, brushed with beaten egg, and sprinkled with sugar before baking. Once cooled, the logs are sliced and baked again until crispy. These biscotti can be stored in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
