This recipe is in Danish and it teaches how to make edible bowls to serve Chocolate Gelato. The recipe calls for 10 ounces of dark chocolate, chopped, and 8 small balloons. The chocolate is melted and the balloons are dipped in it to create a bowl shape. The balloons are then deflated and removed, leaving behind a chocolate bowl. The bowls are chilled until ready to serve. The recipe advises to work on one or two bowls at a time and to be careful when blowing up the balloons to prevent the bowls from breaking.
