This recipe for glazed ham sounds absolutely delicious! The combination of apricot jam, bourbon, and lemon juice in the glaze sounds like it would be the perfect balance of sweet and tangy. I can imagine serving this at a springtime gathering and it being the star of the show. The cooking instructions seem straightforward and easy to follow, and I appreciate the tip about removing the skin from the ham if it hasnt already been done.
