This delicious sandwich is full of protein and very tasty. The recipe includes turkey cutlets, olive oil, salt, black pepper, peach-ginger chutney with golden raisins or store-bought mango chutney, Dijon mustard, Havarti cheese, Granny Smith apple, and red leaf lettuce. The turkey cutlets are seasoned and broiled for 6-8 minutes, then placed on bread with the chutney mixture, cheese, apple, and lettuce. The sandwich is then toasted for 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is crispy. Yum!
